Tom DeLay’s post indictment story is full of fighting words, pointing fingers and bizarre charges. At his arraignment today , DeLay’s attorney accused the judge of having donated money to MoveOn.org, "a liberal organization that he said has been "selling T-shirts with Mr. DeLay’s mug shot on it."  DeLay, as you may know, smiled for his mug shot when he was booked and fingerprinted. Knowing the Hammer and his in your face attitude, many are speculating that if he is able to beat the charges, he might defiantly use this mug shot in his campaign poster in 2006.
