Answer: Sorry, but no.
I suspect that academia is full of failed writers. The occasional dual-careerist J.R.R. Tolkien or David Lodge aside, it’s clear that what professors do is not "creative writing." This is probably especially true for law professors. It’s good that they write what they do (I suppose), and it’s good that they enjoy it. But you’d have to be more than a little insane to intentionally compare Cass Sunstein to Margaret Atwood!
